Is Lay-Buy safe & secure?

Yes All LAY-BUY payments are automatically setup and powered by PayPal

Can I select the down-payment % they want to pay?

Yes our customers are presented with a dropdown to select the down-payment they want to pay

Can I select how many months I want to pay-off the balance in?

Yes our customers are presented with a dropdown to select how many monthly installments. Typically 1-3 months.

COSTS

Are there any ongoing costs?

No ongoing costs - only a once-off admin fee. The admin fee amount depends on order value

Are there any interest charges?

No interest charges ever

Are there any late fees?

No late fees ever

AFTER I ORDER

When do I receive the goods?

You receive your goods after final payment. Once the final payment is made, manufacture of custom products e.g. Diamond Paintings and Paint by Numbers will only then commence. Please allow the additional time of the payment period to receive your order. This is not a Buy Now/Pay Later service.

How are Lay-Buy installment payments paid?

Lay-buy installment payments are auto-paid from your linked card in your PayPal setup

How do I ensure all my Lay-Buy instalment payments are paid?

It is your responsibility to ensure there are always funds available in your PayPal account to make payments.

Can I manually make payments towards my Lay-Buy order?

No - all Lay-buy payments are automated via a recurring profile in your PayPal setup

Can I settle a LAY-BUY earlier?

Yes - please contact Treasure Studios Art to finalise your payment plan.

What happens if a payment is missed?

PayPal will then auto attempt again in 5 days, two more times

Are you and Treasure Studios Art told about a missed Payment?

Yes, PayPal send an email notification to both parties

How do I catch up a missed payment?

Treasure Studios Art will invoice customer for missed payment, and move the status for your order to paid

Can I see my Lay-Buy payment plan?

Yes, you can login to your PayPal account – go to settings >> payments >> pre-approved payments
