Please Read below about the current delays & Production times. Sorry there is a lot of information on this page but it is vital to inform my customers of the current situations.


CURRENT PRODUCTION of Diamond paintings will TAKE UP TO 3-6 WEEKS before your order is shipped!  Please be patient with us during this time.
Shipping will take 7- 30 days depending on your country and the shipping method used for your order!

We try to track every order as much as we can but sometimes it is impossible to make sure everyones order is on the right track for a safe delivery. If you notice any really strange abnormalities in your tracking please feel free to contact us and we will follow it up for you.

We have seen a lot of weird tracking info this past year, so there is high chance we will have an answer for you!!
 
SHIPPING RESTRICTION UPDATE
Shipping times are very erratic again at the moment. We thought it was improving, but with Natural disasters & World Politics/Economic issues, shipping is affected greatly. Customs & Border restrictions from one country to the another is very fickle at the moment causing friction between countries. 
 
USA

Regular delivery time should be 12-20 days in normal times  but the delivery time is delayed mostly with USPS and with customs, however delivery times are once again unpredictable and no guarantee of time is given.


IMPORTANT USPS Tracking information

I
f your order has been shipped by USPS (tracking number starts with the no. 9) Your order WILL NOT show any tracking information prior to hitting USA Shores. You will see information on the  USPS website saying it has received your tracking LABEL information but this does not mean it has arrived in the USA. The date that shows on the website is the date the label was created which is NOT the date your parcel was shipped.  The info on the site will read similar to this:

"CRANBURY, NJ 08512, Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item -> A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 7:37 am on May 18, 2021 in CRANBURY, NJ 08512. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." 

Please note the last line of the information provided by USPS - this means it has not received your parcel yet.
It may take up to 2 weeks for your parcel to show ANY movement in the USA once it leaves China (not from  the LABEL CREATED date)


CANADA
There are currently limited planes heading to Canada from China at the moment and there is often a backlog at the airport, sometimes it can take weeks for a parcel to leave China. Customs in Canada are very strict and if you do have to pay Customs charges , PLEASE CONTACT us and we will  compensate you


AUSTRALIA


Australia Post are accepting parcels freely now. However please note that the tracking may not show much movement until it hits Australian Shores, this is normal, but if there is no tracking movement within 3 weeks please contact us ASAP.
Please be patient for tracking to show on the Australia Post website - also please ready their current policy on International incoming mail


EUROPE & UNITED KINGDOM
Shipping has increased in time slightly and tracking is still unpredictable and the same policy applies to your tracking as it does to the USA. However you may get more luck with tracking than the rest of us at the moment!
 
SHIPPING PRICES


Shipping Prices have recently changed due to new restrictions and we have had to permanently enforce the shipping fee.

Treasure Studios Art still have to charge $9.50USD flat shipping rate for all orders - big or small!  (Australia is about $14.50 & Canada is about $13)

We do ship Worldwide, but there are some countries that do not accept parcels from China from time to time, so if you are unsure please contact us for an update.
 
OTHER INFO


Once orders are shipped you will receive a tracking link as per usual. Please DO NOT ask where your order is as we have many orders that are in the same situation. Your order will be shipped as soon as it is possible. As mentioned above it could be a wait of 3-6 weeks until your order is shipped.

If your tracking appears "Frozen" for 2 weeks or more on a certain date - please first contact your local postal service to see if they have any news, if not, then contact us and we can try to find out the issue for you. If you orders is officially  deemed Missing by the postal service we will send your order again at no cost!
