Our Custom diamond painting packages are beyond the regular customs you have ever seen. We have amazing artistic ability so we can offer you so much more than other companies. We ask that you read the details below very carefully so you can get the best out of your Custom Diamond painting experience with Treasure Studios Art.

We are extremely unique here at Treasure Studios art, because we ARE Artists. Meaning we can create any custom design that you desire, whether it is a basic photo that just needs touching up or an elaborate masterpiece you have dreamed of creating for years, we can do it all!  

Each package is very different , and we urge you to read what is included before ordering. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help you through this amazing process. We want your custom diamond painting experience to be one that you will never forget!

PLEASE NOTE: We do require payment before we assess your image, this will fast track your order and allow a smooth ride through the system! Please do not email us your images before ordering as they will be assessed when ordered. If for any reason, we cannot process your order with the photos you have provided we will administer a full refund. 

ULTIMATE CUSTOM CREATION PACKAGE

The Ultimate package is just that! We can create personal designs especially for you.  These can include but not limited to; the updating or refreshing of a basic logo you already have (e.g. Youtube creator logo), a new creation of a quote or phrase, eg "Bless this Kitchen", personal name design which can include imagery within the letters or around the letters, creative artistic styling of your pet or a portrait from a photo  PLUS more....

Maximum number of images allowed for upload is 5 photos/pictures.
If supplying multiple photos for a montage, please choose Large or Extra Large size ranges only.

What is included? 

• Photo adjustments: This package can include multiple photos (up to 5 photos/images). Adjustments will be made to each image, including but not limited to, brightness/contrast, color correction and saturation, removal of marks, blemishes, dust and scratches etc.

• Logo Diamond Painting: If you have a logo that you would like made into a diamond painting, we can refresh or recreate your logo based on what you provide us. This does not include a new logo made from scratch (see Master package) but a logo that can be modernized or changed to suit a diamond painting. It might be your YouTube Channel logo or your business logo that you want to frame and display in your office when it is completed as a diamond painting. How unique would that look in your office! If it is a YouTube or social media logo we can sell the diamond painting kit on your behalf via our website to your subscribers and you would also earn a commission out of each sale. What a great way to earn dollars and promote your YouTube Channel.
  
  
• Text based Diamond painting: We can create a Quote, Phrase or Name diamond painting from scratch. You supply what words you would like in the diamond painting and give us some idea of what colors and theme you would like in the background, then we do the rest. We will not use an already created original image you supply us as the final design due to possibility of copyright infringement. You can supply the picture as a guide for us to create from, but we will not use the original version. Also, please remember, we will only accept text based designs for the large & extra large size ranges.
  
  
• Pet or Personal Portrait: If you have a pet portrait or a human portrait that you would like made into something creative, we can do this for you. For example, you have a close up shot of your pet poodle and you would like some color added to it to make him look fun or funky cartoon, we can then create some ideas for you to choose from. We know what works as a diamond painting but feel free to supply us with samples of what you like (or don’t like) as this is extremely helpful in the design process.

• Background replacement/removal: We can remove the existing background if it contains undesirable objects such as buildings or unwanted people in the background, then we can add a complete new background of your choice. The background can be themed like Autumn/fall leaves or we can simply replace the sky to be blue instead of grey and cloudy etc. We can also add in fun accents such as emojis, characters or patterns. Please do not supply the image for the background as we will source the extra images as we have access to thousands of royalty free images and illustrations.

• Montage/collage with Multiple photos: You do not have to supply multiple photos for this package but if you have, we can easily create a montage or collage for you. It’s a great way of displaying multiple photos in one image. The difference between a collage and a montage is a collage has separate photos with borders around them placed creatively on a colored or themed background and a montage is multiple photos “blended” or “merged” into one another with no obvious borders between photos. Please note that we will only accept multiple photo montage/collages for the large & extra large size ranges.

• Text: We can also add text to a single picture or multiple picture montage/collage, so please state what you would like added using the online form provided.
  
  
• Advanced photo restoration:  We can fix up any old photo that may need extra work to bring it back to new again. This package includes any major work that needs to be done to a photo. We have over 20 years experience with old photo restorations, so no job is too hard!
  
  
• Your own artwork or another artists work: This package is also suitable for suppling your own created artwork or if you have written permission from another artist to use their art as a diamond painting custom (please supply written permission to us).  Please keep in mind there is always pre-render digital artwork to be done before it is made into a diamond painting, so this package will need to be chosen to accommodate the extra work that needs to be carried out to make it Diamond painting ready.
  
  
• Exclusions: This package does not include designing a new logo or a commissioned piece of creative visionary artwork made from scratch by us (eg You tell us what you want designed without a photo or illustration and we create it with our talents from scratch).  Please see Master creation package for this option.

• Design proof: 1 Digital proof of the final creation for you to approve with the ability to make 1 - 3 changes before production. We hope to email this to you within 4-7 days of your order, depending on the current workload.
  
  
• Rendering Proof: 1 diamond painting rendered proof via email before production. Please expect a proof within about 4- 8 days after you approve the design proof. (Sometimes it is longer due to workload). To reduce delays in production please keep a check on your inbox and also your junk mail folder.
  
  
• Pricing: Price varies depending on the size range and diamond shape you choose (please see the tab above for more details on how to choose a size range & diamond shape)
  
  
• Kit inclusions: Included in all prices are the design, digital proof, render proof, high quality full color canvas, diamonds packed in zip lock bags, inventory sheet & pink tool kit.
  
  
• Shipping: is added separately at checkout which starts from $14.50USD (price depends on canvas size)

Size Ranges and what they are!

When ordering your custom, you will need to choose a size range instead of a specific size? But Why?

The below information is applicable to ALL 5 packages

Instead of offering individual sizes, we have created 4 different size ranges to choose from; Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large.

The reason we are offering a range of sizes instead of individual sizes is because most customers do not know how their image will crop or how it will fit proportionally in a size they choose, so we are offering a range of sizes that you can choose from giving us the freedom to determine a suitable size that will suit the image or design the best. Simply choose a size range that will fit the complexity of your picture and also your budget, and we will work out the rest for you. We will endeavour to choose the largest size in that size range to give you the best value for money. If you are unsure of what size will suit your image then please just choose a size range that suits your budget and if there is an issue we can contact you.

What to consider when choosing a size for your custom Diamond Painting

  SMALL SIZE RANGE  
Size range includes: 20x30cm, 30x40cm, 30x50cm, 35x45cm, 35x55cm, 40x40cm, 40x50cm

Recommend for single photo customs only

This size range is suitable for simple, non-complex images with minimal fine detail. Bold shapes and patterns will suit well.  We do not recommend full length people (showing head to toe) but will accept head & shoulder shots only, where the face is the main subject of the image.  If you have chosen a picture that includes people, we can only accept a maximum of 1 person in the picture for the small size range. If there is more than one, the quality and detail of the faces will not be clear. If you have a photo that has more than 1 person, please choose the medium size range.

  MEDIUM SIZE RANGE  
Size range includes: 30x80cm, 40x60cm, 40x70cm, 40x80cm, 45x45cm, 45x50cm, 45x55cm, 45x60cm, 45x65cm, 50x50cm, 50x55cm, 50x60cm, 50x65cm, 50x70cm, 50x75cm, 50x80cm.

Can include the use of 1-3 photos for a montage or collage

This size range is suitable for medium complex images with some fine detail. Some text can be included but depends on how it is used and how much text is added. 

We do not recommend full length people (showing head to toe) but will accept head to waist shots, where the face is still the main subject of the image. If you have chosen a picture that includes people, we can only accept a maximum of 2 (maybe 3) people in the picture for the medium size range. If there is more than 2-3, the quality and detail of the faces will not be clear. If you have a photo that has more than 2 people, please choose the large or extra large size range.

  LARGE SIZE RANGE  
Size range includes: 50x100cm, 50x120cm, 55x55cm, 55x60cm 55x70cm, 55x80cm, 60x60cm, 60x70cm, 60x80cm, 60x90cm, 60x100cm.

Can include the use of 1-5 photos for a montage or collage

This size range is suitable for complex images with some fine detail. Text can be added but depends on how it is used and how much text is added.  Multiple animals in one shot are accepted, as long as the detail is not too complex.

If you have chosen a picture that includes people, we can only accept a maximum of 3 (maybe 4) people in the picture for the large size range. If there is more than 3-4, the quality and detail of the faces will not be clear. If you have a photo that has more than 3 people, please choose the extra large size range. If the people in the photo are showing full length (head to toe) there is still a risk of less detail in the face as the face details will be considerably smaller due to the size. We recommend head to waist shots, where the face is still the main subject of the image for best results.

  EXTRA LARGE SIZE RANGE  
Size range includes: 60x120cm, 65x65cm, 65x100cm, 70x70cm, 70x80cm, 70x90cm, 70x95cm, 70x100cm, 80x80cm, 80x100cm, 80x120cm

Can include the use of 1-5 photos for a montage or collage

This size range is suitable for complex images with fine detail. Text can be added freely but the quote size should be limited.  Multiple animals are accepted but close up shots will always give a better result

If you have chosen a picture that includes people, we can only accept a maximum of 4 (maybe 5) people in the picture for the extra-large size range. If there is more than 4-5, the quality and detail of the faces may not be clear. If you have a photo that has more than 4 people, it will be at your own risk to go ahead, but we do supply a render proof with every Custom package so you will see the results before it goes to production. If the people in the photo are showing full length (head to toe) there is still a risk of less detail in the face as the face details will be considerably smaller due to the size. We recommend head to waist shots, where the face is still the main subject of the image for best results.

9 EASY STEPS to ordering your custom

Please follow the steps below on how to order your custom diamond painting. It includes any FAQ you may have also. LOOK out for "HOT TIPS" as these are valuable tips that we provide so you get the best out of your custom diamond painting.

STEP 1 - Choose your package

Choose one of the 5 Custom Creation Packages (Basic, Basic Plus+, Premium, Ultimate or Master) that best suits your needs by reading through the information supplied for each package thoroughly before purchasing.

STEP 2 - Choose the best image you have  (Basic, Basic Plus+ & Premium packages)
OR CHOOSE the Best idea you have  (Ultimate or Master packages)

Make sure the photo you have chosen is the highest quality version you have, please avoid editing or cropping it on your phone as every time you do this, the quality degrades.  It is best that you supply us with the original image with NO filters!

HOT TIP : When you zoom up on your photo and it is heavily pixelated or blurry, then it is most probably not suitable to use, it should be fairly clear close up as well as at normal magnification. If you are unsure if your photo is good enough quality to use then just upload it anyway and we will assess for you.

STEP 3 - Choose your size range

Choose a size range that suits your photo (or photos) - please see the tab above (or the custom Creations info page) on "Size Ranges" and how to choose one.

HOT TIP : The final result of your custom heavily relies on the size you have chosen as there are many factors to consider before you choose a size.  This main rule applies – the bigger the photo, the better the result as a diamond painting.

STEP 4 - Choose your diamond shape

Select the diamond shape that BEST suits your custom diamond painting from the drop down menu above:
Choices are:

• 2.7mm regular round diamonds
• 2.7mm regular round diamonds WITH 2-4 AB's (Aurora Borealis diamonds)
• 2.5mm regular square diamonds
• 2.5mm regular square diamonds  WITH 2-4 AB's (Aurora Borealis diamonds)
• 2.7mm round crystal rhinestones
• 2.5mm square crystal rhinestone
  

HOT TIP: Only choose Crystal Rhinestones for colorful images, such as flowers or patterns, DO NOT use them for subjects such as people portraits or pets. Crystals have limited color range and do not give the best detail.
If you only want "accent" diamonds please choose the regular round or squares with AB's as this will highlight some of the more colorful areas instead of the entire image like crystals. 

STEP 5 - Fill out the online form

Fill out the information form with as much detail as you can, as this is the best way for us to get insight on what end result you are looking for.

HOT TIP: With Premium, Ultimate & Master creation packages, we recommend you supply as MUCH info you can think of! The more information the better, so then we are not guessing what is on your mind. Let your imagination run wild if you need to. If there is not enough room to write what you need please email us with your information and order number to info@treasurestudiosart.com 

STEP 6- Check your details & Read Terms & conditions

Please check all of your details to make sure they are correct and completed.
Please read our Custom terms & conditions by CLICKING HERE . These are simple conditions we need to tell you before you order your custom. you must agree to them on the custom form before submitting your order.

STEP 7 - Uploading your image

To upload, click the Upload tab or drag and drop your image onto it (computers only) and ensure you have the image/s you want have uploaded correctly. Your images should show up on the page to indicate this.

If you have difficulty uploading an image please make sure it is the correct file type. We only accept Tiff, Jpeg, Jpg, Png, PDF, Ai & EPS files.

When we receive your photo/s and we think that the quality is not "up to scratch" to be transformed into a diamond painting we will contact you and discuss it with you further. We will either work with you to find a better image or refund you the full amount if the quality criteria cannot be met. If you decide to go against our recommendations on which image to use, we will not be responsible for the result of the diamond painting. We also have the right to refuse an order if the quality of the image is not up to standard. 

Please ensure all the information on the form is complete so production is smooth sailing and our designers can create a spectacular piece for you with ease!

Then simply click "Add to Cart" and Your images along with your form will be sent to us for action, then simply  follow through to checkout like a normal purchase.

POST ORDER PROCESS

STEP 8 - Photo assessment

Within approximately 48 hours of receiving your payment, we will assess your image/s for quality and usability for a diamond painting and if there are any issues, as mentioned in STEP 7, we will contact you to discuss it further with you. If your image is not suitable, we will work with you to help you choose a more suitable image. 

STEP 9 - Proof, production & shipping 

Once we have completed assessment we will start creating with your image/s (or vision/idea).

Once created, we will email you a proof before it is sent to production (in the BASIC package it will be sent with your Render proof only). Once you have approved the proof, we will put your order inline for production.
 
Next a picture effect rendering as a Diamond painting will be supplied for every order to ensure satisfaction prior to production, so please keep an eye out for this in your inbox (please check Junk mail) This usually takes  4 - 7 days to produce depending on the current production load.
A rendering will not be supplied before you order your custom diamond painting.

Depending on the quantity of orders we have at the time, your order should be produced within 2-4 weeks from the date of rendering approval. (This can vary during different situations and times of the year)

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and link.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - Custom Diamond paintings – please Read before ordering (This information is in addition to what is stated on each package)

• Art created for use as a Diamond painting only: We do not create art, designs or logos unless it will be turned into a Diamond painting as the result. If you would like your art piece to be printed as an original art piece or supplied as a digital file, please contact us to discuss this option further.

• On sell of a Design: We reserve the right to use a design or art we have created from scratch for you (does not include personal photos or montages) for future sale on our website as a Signature diamond painting where we see fit. The art we create for you does not “belong” to you or is not exclusive to you only. As the artist, we still hold the copyright for all pieces created from scratch. If it is more of a “personal piece” to you and is not suitable for a general sale on our website, then we will of course not on sell it due to privacy reasons etc. We will first discuss this with you before we present the art piece on our website for sale. If you are a YouTube creator, influencer or similar we will put your name as a credit reference to the piece and promote your channel/social media also. E.g. “This piece was created especially for the Cool Diamond Painting Channel – please check out her socials and the unboxing video of this art piece!”. We will try our best to be as fair as possible to everyone in this scenario.
  
  
• Design Ideas : We have the right to refuse a design idea if it has unrealistic expectations or it does not align with our morals, for example, we will not design any “dark” art such as black magic or witch related designs.
  
  
• Your Image selection: We ask that you only upload photos/images that are either owned or created by you or if it is not yours, you have been given personal permission to use it. We will not accept photos or artwork randomly found on the internet. All of our other diamond paintings are licenced from artists or we create it ourselves and we continue this policy for the Customs. If you find a piece of artwork you like online from another artist, you will need their permission to use it privately. If you do not know who the owner of the artwork is or if it has an owner, then please do not use it at all. Most pictures you find on the web are owned or created by someone and has a copyright on it.  If you are unsure, please contact us and we can search for you as we know how to research where an image comes from. This is a strict rule we hold  and we will not bend the rules if you ask. Thank you.
  
  
• Skin tones, faces & people: Skin tones of the human skin, of any color, is hard to match exactly using the DMC diamond color range that is used for diamond paintings. Due to the non-perfect outcome of skin tones as diamond paintings and hence sometimes resulting in disappointment to the customer, we do not recommend submitting photos of people’s faces for a custom. If you do, it is at your own risk, however, we do understand that family, friends and loved ones photos are favourites to have made into a diamond paintings, so we will do our best to create the best skin tone graduation possible with the limited colors available.

• Processing time & production:We have given rough timelines for each package to which we expect to supply proofs and finished products to you by, but we reserve the right to extend that time depending on the workload we have at the time or if we need to compensate for any factory errors or world events that may occur that may interrupt these timelines. If the timeline is expected to stretch out much further than we expected it to , we will keep you up to date via email where we can. We would appreciate your patience during these times. In attempt to prevent overloading of custom work, we will only release a certain number of customs at a time, then once those ones are completed, we will release another set of customs. Each release will be broadcasted via email or social media channels.
