At Treasure Studios Art we create our own art and also source directly from the best factories around the world, giving you the largest choice of art to choose from. So most of of products are MADE TO ORDER!
We ship world wide directly from our premium factories. Unless an unfortunate event happens and shipping prices rise, we may be forced to change our shipping fee.
Our aim is to keep the cost lower for you!
When will my order be shipped?:
Due to Covid-19 many passenger aircraft are not in operation, holding up cargo which often accompanies passenger aircraft. Delays are long for shipping and manufacturing due to illness and new regulations. Please be patient. We aim for your order to be shipped within 10 - 30 working days from the date of your order. You will get an email as soon as your order is shipped and will be supplied with a tracking link so you can keep a track of your order. - shipping and production times may differ if there is a change in circumstances and this prevents the normal production & shipping times to occur.
Estimate Shipping Times:
Delivery times will vary from country to country but please allow 12- 40 working days for delivery from time of shipping.
Here is a rough guide for you.
USA : 12 - 40 days
Canada : 20 - 40 Days
Australia : 15 - 30 Days
UK : 20 - 50 days
Russia : 14 - 30 days
Netherlands : 12 - 40 days
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 40 working days from the day it was shipped - please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to track it down for you.
If your order becomes untraceable and there is no receipt of you signing for the order, most times we will send you another one for free of charge.
Your order may come in separate packages.
If you have ordered multiple types of items such as 1 x diamond painting Kit & 1 x Paint by Number kit, you may not get these at the same time due to the fact they are produced & shipped from 2 different factories.
We choose suppliers that specialize and excel in the items they produce to make sure you get the best products available to you.
