IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Production of ALL Orders will be delayed Due to the Chinese New Year Holiday from 20th January 2022 to 10th February 2022. Any Orders placed from the 20th January onwards may take up to 5- 6 weeks until it is shipped. We are still producing orders during this time but the dispatch time will be delayed due to the postal services shutting down in China during the holiday. We apologise for this delay.

Please Read below about the current delays & Production times.
Sorry there is a lot of information on this page but it is vital to inform my customers of the current situations.

Please be reminded that Shipping times are always unpredictable and we can not be made responsible if the shipping company does not deliver your order in the time frame when they normally would.

CURRENT PRODUCTION of Diamond paintings will TAKE UP TO 3-4 WEEKS before your order is shipped!  Please be patient with us during this time.
Shipping will usually will take 7- 30 days depending on your country and the shipping method used for your order!

We try to track every order as much as we can but sometimes it is impossible to make sure everyone's order is on the right track for a safe delivery. If you notice any really strange abnormalities in your tracking please feel free to contact us and we will follow it up for you.

We have seen a lot of weird tracking info this past year, so there is high chance we will have an answer for you!!

NEW SHIPPING PRICES as of 5th November 2021

In the last 6-8 months, the price of production and shipping rates has increased considerably. Unfortunately, I have had to raise both prices in accordance to these rises.  I have been absorbing the higher prices for over 8 months now and have been hoping the prices would go down for the customer, but they have not, so it has come to a time to raise the prices to cover the increases. It truly was a hard decision to make.😪

New prices are as follows and are based on the weight of your order, so these prices may vary slightly if you add multiple paintings to your order.

Please note the MAXIMUM amount you will pay for shipping is $39USD No matter how much is in your cart or where it is being shipped.

Made to order diamond paintings
Rates start FROM $14.50USD per order which includes shipping anywhere in the world.

• Small to medium sized orders: $14.50USD per order
  Example includes paintings that are 50cm and under on the shortest side (eg 50x100cm). If a larger painting is also ordered the next pricing tier will be charged. 
• Medium to Large orders $18.50USD per order
  Example includes paintings that are 55cm and larger on the smallest side (eg 55cm x 80cm) 
• Large to extra large orders $29.50USD per order
  Example includes 3-6 large paintings or 2 medium & 3 large as a combination

All other products in the store, including Washi Tape, Journels, DIY key rings etc

ADD an additional $3.50USD to the order. (not per product but per order)
If no made to order Diamond painting is purchased and ONLY an accessory - only a $3.50 shipping fee will be charged per order.

 
OTHER UPDATES
With Natural disasters & World Politics/Economic issues, shipping is affected greatly. Customs & Border restrictions from one country to the another is very fickle at the moment causing friction between countries. 
 
USA

Regular delivery time should be 12-20 days in normal times  but the delivery time is delayed mostly with USPS and with customs, however delivery times are once again unpredictable and no guarantee of time is given.

IMPORTANT USPS Tracking information.
f your order has been shipped by USPS (tracking number starts with the no. 9) Your order WILL NOT show any tracking information prior to hitting USA Shores. You will see information on the  USPS website saying it has received your tracking LABEL information but this does not mean it has arrived in the USA. The date that shows on the website is the date the label was created which is NOT the date your parcel was shipped.  The info on the site will read similar to this:

"CRANBURY, NJ 08512, Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item -> A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 7:37 am on May 18, 2021 in CRANBURY, NJ 08512. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." 

Please note the last line of the information provided by USPS - this means it has not received your parcel yet.
It may take up to 2 weeks for your parcel to show ANY movement in the USA once it leaves China (not from  the LABEL CREATED date)

CANADA
There are currently limited planes heading to Canada from China at the moment and there is often a backlog at the airport, sometimes it can take weeks for a parcel to leave China. Customs in Canada are very strict and if you do have to pay Customs charges , PLEASE CONTACT us and we will  compensate you

AUSTRALIA


Australia Post are accepting parcels freely now. However please note that the tracking may not show much movement until it hits Australian Shores, this is normal, but if there is no tracking movement within 3 weeks please contact us ASAP.
Please be patient for tracking to show on the Australia Post website - also please ready their current policy on International incoming mail.

EUROPE & UNITED KINGDOM
Shipping has increased in time slightly and tracking is still unpredictable and the same policy applies to your tracking as it does to the USA. However you may get more luck with tracking than the rest of us at the moment!

If you are charged any extra Customs or VAT fees, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. 
 

We ship Worldwide
...but there are some countries that do not accept parcels from China from time to time, so if you are unsure please contact us for an update. - Here are the current countries/provinces we do not ship to...

Once orders are shipped you will receive a tracking link as per usual. Please refrain from asking when your order will be shipped as all the information is on the email confirmation email you receive when you first order.

Where are your Diamond paintings made and shipped from?
All Diamond Paintings are made in China as they are the experts in this trade!

At Treasure Studios Art we create our own art, source legally from Artists giving you the largest choice of art to choose from. Our Diamond paintings are made to order in China, so this is why the postage & Production may take a bit longer. 


When will my order be shipped?: 
PLEASE NOTE Shipping times are currently unpredictable and we can not gauge when your order will be shipped. Please be patient!
Production is currently 3 - 4 weeks and shipping is 10 - 30 days depending on your country and package size.

What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 working days from the day it was shipped - please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to track it down for you. 

If your order becomes untraceable and there is no receipt of you signing for the order we will send you another one for free of charge.
