Please be reminded that Shipping times are always unpredictable and we can not be made responsible if the shipping company does not deliver your order in the time frame when they normally would.

CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMES

Our Made to Order Diamond paintings will TAKE UP TO 4-6 WEEKS before your order is shipped!

Shipping times will usually will take 7- 30 days depending on your country and the shipping method used for your order!

We try to track every order as much as we can but sometimes it is impossible to make sure everyone's order is on the right track for a safe delivery. If you notice any really strange abnormalities in your tracking please feel free to contact us and we will follow it up for you.

We have seen a lot of weird tracking info in the past, so there is high chance we will have an answer for you!!

EXTRA DELAYS

Expect extra delays of approximately 1-2 weeks  during these times of the year:

1. Chinese New year (mid to late January) Reminder: Our business is based in Australia but our factory is in China and that  is where each order is also shipped from
2. Reported major world events such as a COVID lockdown or weather events in China or your own country.
3. Holiday seasons, such as Easter or Christmas
4. Black Friday Sales (We call it Pink Friday) (Day after thanksgiving)
5. Chinese National Day holiday & Mid Autumn festival ( spans over 1 week at the beginning of October) 

WHERE WE SHIP WORLDWIDE 

There are some countries that do not accept parcels from China from time to time, so if you are unsure please contact us for an update. - Here are the current countries/provinces WE DO NOT SHIP TO..

SHIPPING PRICES as of 5th November 2021

Price of production and shipping rates have increased considerably over the last 2 years and we have had to raise both prices in accordance to these rises.  so we have been forced to raise the prices to cover the increases.

Prices are as follows and are based on the weight of your order, so these prices may vary slightly if you add multiple paintings to your order.

Please note the MAXIMUM amount you will pay for shipping is $39USD No matter how much is in your cart or where it is being shipped. If you are charged more than this please contact us.

Made to order diamond paintings
Rates start FROM $3.50USD per order which includes shipping anywhere in the world.

• Small to medium sized DP orders: $14.50USD per order
  Example includes paintings that are 50cm and under on the shortest side (eg 50x100cm). If a larger painting is also ordered the next pricing tier will be charged. 
• Medium to Large DP orders $18.50USD per order
  Example includes paintings that are 55cm and larger on the smallest side (eg 55cm x 80cm) 
• Large to extra large DP orders $29.50USD per order
  Example includes 3-6 large paintings or 2 medium & 3 large as a combination

All other products in the store, including Washi Tape, Journals, DIY key rings etc

ADD an additional $3.50USD to the order. (not per product but per order)
If no made to order Diamond painting is purchased and ONLY an accessory - only a $3.50 shipping fee will be charged per order. 

SHIPPING INFO FOR YOUR COUNTRY 

USA

Regular Post: (Usually USPS)
Only used for Canvas size of 50cm on the shortest side and under : 7 - 20 days

Express Post: (Usually DHL)
Only used for Canvas size of 55cm on the shortest side and above : 4 - 12 days

Regular delivery time to USA should be 7-15 days but the delivery time is delayed mostly with USPS and with customs, however delivery times are once again unpredictable and no guarantee of time is given.

IMPORTANT USPS Tracking information.
If your order has been shipped by USPS (tracking number starts with the no. 9) Your order WILL NOT show any tracking information prior to hitting USA Shores. You will see information on the  USPS website saying it has received your tracking LABEL information but this does not mean it has arrived in the USA. The date that shows on the website is the date the label was created which is NOT the date your parcel was shipped.  The info on the site will read similar to this:

"CRANBURY, NJ 08512, Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item -> A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 7:37 am on May 18, 2021 in CRANBURY, NJ 08512. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." 

Please note the last line of the information provided by USPS - this means it has not received your parcel yet.
It may take up to 2 weeks for your parcel to show ANY movement in the USA once it leaves China (not from  the LABEL CREATED date)

CANADA

Regular Post: (Usually Canada Post)
Only used for Canvas size of 50cm on the shortest side and under : 12 - 20 days

Express Post: (Usually Yun Express) (not really that fast!)
Only used for Canvas size of 55cm on the shortest side and above : 10 - 20 days

Customs in Canada are very strict and if you do have to pay Customs charges, PLEASE CONTACT us and we will compensate you. DHL are the usual suspects that charge a custom fee and we try to avoid using this company so you do not get charged. This means your order will take longer to get to you but at least it is the cheaper option.

AUSTRALIA



Regular Post: (Usually AUS POST)
Only used for Canvas size of 50cm on the shortest side and under : 7 - 20 days

Express Post: (Usually DHL)
Only used for Canvas size of 55cm on the shortest side and above : 4 - 12 days

Sometimes the tracking may not show much movement until it hits Australian Shores, this is normal, but if there is no tracking movement within 3 weeks of your shipping email please contact us ASAP. Please be patient for tracking to show on the Australia Post website - also please ready their current policy on International incoming mail.

EUROPE & UNITED KINGDOM

Regular Post: (usually your local Post company)
Only used for Canvas size of 50cm on the shortest side and under : 7 - 20 days

Express Post: (Usually DHL)
Only used for Canvas size of 55cm on the shortest side and above : 4 - 12 days

Customs or VAT fees are very strict in Europe and if you do have to pay Customs charges, PLEASE CONTACT us and we will compensate you or we will do our best to help you.

TRACKING EMAIL 



Once orders are shipped you will receive a tracking link so you can track your order yourself
Please refrain from asking when your order will be shipped as all the information is on the confirmation email you receive when you first order. Thi sis usually up to date and correlates with what is on this page

Where are your Diamond paintings made and shipped from?

All Diamond Paintings are made in China as they are the experts in this trade!
At Treasure Studios Art we create our own art, source legally from Artists giving you the largest choice of art to choose from. Our Diamond paintings are made to order in China, so this is why the postage & Production may take a bit longer

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 working days from the day it was shipped - please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to track it down for you. 

If your order becomes untraceable and there is no receipt of you signing for the order we will send you another one for free of charge.
